In this course, students will learn about current human resources issues as well as the methods used by many Canadian businesses to hire and evaluate the appropriate candidate . This course will give you an overview of how organizations can enhance their recruitment and selection processes and how they accomplish their objectives by choosing and hiring the right fit within their organization.
